Training and Development

Threadneedle’s training and development commitment enables our people to enhance and improve both their operational and technical competence and their behavioural skills.  Our in-house Training and Development specialists provide advice and support in all learning and development activities, both delivering our own courses and partnering with external training specialists to create a programme of development opportunities to meet individual, team and organisation requirements.

We also provide support for self-development and give the opportunity for sponsorship of professional qualifications such as CFA and IMC.

We acknowledge that development needs to be tailored to the individual and commit to an annual appraisal and personal development plan to continuously monitor your progress, objectives and career goals and identify opportunities to provide you with the training and support to make achieving them a reality.
