Our Operations and Support functions are the ‘backbone’ to Threadneedle’s business.
The group is comprised of more than 300 professional and support staff operating across a number of discrete functional areas, providing specialist expertise, consultancy and support to the Fund Management business to ensure that its functions are as profitable and efficient as possible whilst remaining in within relevant regulatory parameters.
Innovation is as important to the support areas as it is to the Investment and Distribution and we welcome individuals who will actively contribute to the development and enhancement of systems and processes.
