By joining Threadneedle you will enjoy being part of a team of driven, dynamic and inspiring people. In fact many of us enjoy it so much that we don’t leave our team behind at the end of the working day.
We appreciate that getting to know people is an important part of finding your feet when you join a new organisation but you will find plenty of opportunity to mix socially outside the office.
There are a number of sports teams including Netball, 5-a-side Football and Cricket teams who play both socially and in leagues.
In addition to the company wide Summer and Christmas Parties you will find a range of formal and informal social events and activities through out the year such as Pub Quizzes and Wine Tasting evenings.
Many of our people find themselves involved in our Charity Activities whether participating in the annual CRISIS Square Mile Run which Threadneedle sponsors or organising smaller scale fund raising events for our other corporate charities. Threadneedle recognises that it has a duty to support the community within which we operate and so will provide matching of fundraising for nominated charities and allows all staff two paid days off each year to work on charitable projects.
As in our working culture when it comes to social activities we encourage everyone to participate and be involved.
