- Annual leave
- Holiday levels are set in your employment contract entitlement is either 25 or 27 days per year, depending on the grade at which you are hired and is adjusted for part time working.
- Stakeholder Pension Scheme
- The Company will contribute 8% of your pensionable salary, and will match up to a further 4% of any additional voluntary employee contributions made.
- Free Life Insurance
- Life assurance cover is provided at the rate of seven times pensionable salary.
- Income Protection Insurance
- Subject to the insurer accepting the claim and after 26 weeks of continuous absence, you would be covered for 2/3rds pensionable salary less state incapacity benefits.
- Private Healthcare
- For employee and immediate family (partners and unmarried children under the age of 21). This is a taxable benefit.
- Childcare
- You may sacrifice an element of your salary in exchange for childcare vouchers from Allsave. Registered childcare may then be paid for with the vouchers in a tax effective way.
- EAR – Employee Assistance Programme
- A dedicated counselling service available to all staff and their immediate family 24hours a day
- Discounts
- Some staff discounts are available from local businesses.
- Give As You Earn Scheme
- An easy and tax free way to support charities you care about through which the Threadneedle Charity Committee will match a defined amount of your contributions.
- Season ticket Loans
- Available to all employees for home to work travel. This is a taxable benefit if the season ticket loan exceeds £5000.
- Referral Finders' Fee
- You may be paid a varying referral fee if you introduce a friend to a permanent role within the company. This is paid once the applicant has completed their probationary period and is subject to certain conditions and exemptions.
