For more than five years now, we've been delivering managed service contracts to the public sector. So we know it's about more than improving processes, minimising risk, and delivering cashable and non-cashable savings in line with Gershon. We also need to think about the wider community our public sector clients are accountable to.

Openness is one of the key things here. Our technology, HaysWorkflow, makes all areas of the resourcing process transparent, and ensures recruitment decisions are not only fair but can also be substantiated with detailed management information.

We work with local government throughout the South East, Midlands, Wales and the North of England. Traditionally the focus has been on temporary staff, but more and more of our clients are asking us to design solutions for their permanent needs.
