I saw an advert on S1jobs.com for a position for a large Telecoms company working via Hays Resource Management. I decided to apply because I had previously worked for the Customer Care department and enjoyed working for the company concerned. 

My first impression of the level of contact and service from Hays Resource Management was good, because as upon sending my CV I received a prompt response from the Hays consultant and was invited to an interview. 

I was well prepared for my interview by my Hays consultant, and when I went to see the client they made me feel at ease and this was not what I had expected. 

I was really pleased when I got the job, and my consultant came to see me on my start date and explained every aspect of the job, pay and how long our contract would be. 

I’m really enjoying my job, and I know that if any issues ever arise my Hays consultant will resolve them quickly. I am in contact with my consultant when needed, and she comes to the office a few times each month to check on how we are getting on. 

I would advise anyone to go for a position with Hays Resource Management as it is a good agency to go through.
