I applied for a position which was advertised on an IT vacancy website via Hays Resource Management for a SAP Analyst, which was working for a Leading Investment Bank.
This is my first time of working through Hays and I was impressed by the professional and honest attitude of the initial contact I received through to placement.
When going for the position, I was briefed about the role and company and I received a job specification which was fairly detailed. Although the period from interview to job offer was longer than usual (approx 2 weeks), the consultant kept me updated on progress on regular basis.
Once I got the position here, I attended an informative induction from the Hays consultant and have been contacted since joining to see how I’ve been getting on.
The role is is the role is definitely meeting my expectations.
What I’ve particularly liked about working via Hays RM is that often agencies are very pushy and leave you feeling they are not interested in your needs, just in how you (the contractor) can meet their needs. This has not been the case with Hays RM.
I would recommend working via Hays Resource Management to any other individual who is looking for work.
