I first spoke to a friend who had working through Hays Resource Management for a long time. He explained how great their service was and recommended them highly. I then contacted Hays and have never looked back. 

This is my first time working with Hays RM and has been great so far. My first impressions when I joined were that they gave one to one attention to me and really tried their hardest in helping me find work. I found this very reassuring. 

When preparing for an interview I thought I was aided greatly in my preparation. My consultant talked me through the vacancy details, provided a job spec and guided me through the whole process. She was always there when I needed any help. As result when going in to an interview I was very well prepared and confident. 

My requirements were always taken into consideration and presented to the client. This ensured the job vacancy was right for both parties and so time wasn’t wasted. To present day the job has more than met all my expectations and am delighted I made the decision to join Hays. 

Since my placement I have kept in touch with my consultant and she checks if everything’s going fine and offers help. However, up until now ever thing has been a smooth process and I get paid correctly and on time. 

I would recommend Hays RM to anyone, especially if they’re a student looking for a first job because Hays help you get the right job for you and guide you throughout the process. Furthermore they continue their great service after you have been placed.
